How it works
Plan terms
- Visits must be used within the plan period; unused visits do not carry forward.
- Book each visit at least 2 days in advance.
- Same address and same size; a bigger size is charged the difference.
- 6-month plans are paid in advance; 1-year plans can be paid 50% now and 50% before the 3rd visit.
- Cancel any time: visits done are charged at the normal price and the rest is refunded.
- Every visit has the same 24-hour revisit promise.
- Fast-service token (₹499): if you do not continue the AMC after the first cleaning, that cleaning is charged at the regular price and the token is adjusted.
Questions
What is a cleaning AMC?
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is a prepaid cleaning plan. You pay once for a set number of deep cleanings – every 3 months for homes, or every month or quarter for offices – at a lower price than booking each one separately.
How much do I save?
The 6-month home plan saves 10%, the 1-year home plan and the office quarterly plan save 15%, and the office monthly plan saves 20% compared with booking each cleaning separately.
How do I book each visit?
You get a reminder before every due visit. Choose a date at least 2 days ahead on WhatsApp, the website or the app. AMC customers get priority slots.
What is included in each cleaning?
Each visit is a full deep cleaning of your home or office as per the package you choose (Basic or Premium) – the same work as our normal one-time deep cleaning.
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes. The visits already done are charged at the normal price and the rest of your payment is refunded.
Can I pay in parts?
The 6-month plan is paid in advance. The 1-year plan can be paid in two parts: 50% now and 50% before the 3rd visit.
